Ah what fun it is to contemplate your own candy bar. Strong Bad is at it again and the results are, as almost always, funny. Creepy Marshie makes an appearance in an easter egg, making him creepier than ever.
This made me think of old candy bars that made their appearance to satisfy the craze of the day. Take, for example, the Reggie bar. As a kid, I devoured these things. They’re really like the Star Crunches from Little Debbie, but I still mowed them down like there was no tomorrow. And if you think back to those days, what a different time it was. Baseball was still largely an American sport, Reggie was king of the world (that is Reggie Jackson to all of those too young to remember), the Yankees were pure Americana, rather than the pure evil and everything that is wrong with baseball that they are now. Who wouldn’t want Mr. October having his own candy bar? Maybe not a hard-core Red Sox fan, but other than that…
